Magnus Könberg is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services, Automotive, Private Equity and Technology practices. He leads our global Corporate Due Diligence solution and is a member of our M&A and Divestitures leadership team.

His diverse case portfolio spans capabilities, including strategy, organizational design and effectiveness, large-scale transformations, performance improvement, mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and effective change leadership.

His most recent client work has involved commercial due diligence for PE funds and strategy efforts for key industrials players. He has also led numerous organizational transformations and PMIs, targeting both functional improvements and step-change in cost levels.

Magnus has served clients across the globe throughout his more than two decades of experience.

Apart from his client engagements, he spearheads our Nordics recruiting efforts.

He formerly led Ericsson’s strategic program practice, driving strategy and change across the entire global organization.

Magnus holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts (USA) and an MSc from Linköping University, from which he graduated as top of class.

He is married with two children and has a strong passion for exercise in all shapes, especially running, biking and skiing.
